Trust Records was established by the HRL Morrison Music Trust (formerly the Morrison & Co Music Trust) in 1995. The first recording issued by the Trust was a 3-CD set of the middle-period piano sonatas of Beethoven performed by Michael Houstoun (MMT2001-2003), which won the 1995 Recording Industry Association of New Zealand's (RIANZ) Classical Award. Trust Records won the 1996 RIANZ Classical Award for MMT2004-05 and the 2001 RIANZ Classical Award for Strike - New Zealand Percussion Music (MMT2030).
Trust Records is an associate member of the Recording Industry Association of New Zealand and is affiliated with the IFPI. |
